Our Worship Team helps our church worship God with simplicity, sincerity, and joy. We’re a small, relational team made up of people who love God and love serving our church family. Whether it’s keyboard, guitar, drums, or vocals, everyone plays a part in helping our church focus on God together.

There’s no spotlight, no performance, and no pressure to be perfect. We serve side by side, trusting God to use what we offer.

How We Approach Worship
  • Simple — We keep worship uncluttered so people can focus on God.
  • Sincere — We sing honestly, without performance or pretense.
  • Scripture‑shaped — Our songs reflect the truth of God’s Word.
  • Presence‑aware — We make space to listen and respond to God together.

Our goal isn’t to impress anyone. It’s to help our church draw near to God in a way that feels natural and peaceful.

What Serving Looks Like

Team members help with:

  • Music — vocals, guitar, piano, or other instruments
  • Prayerful preparation — taking time during the week to be with God
  • Sunday worship — leading songs that are singable and meaningful
  • Supporting one another — encouraging, praying, and serving together

Our Worship Team is made up of dedicated people who serve faithfully each week, offering their gifts to God and to our church family.

At the same time, we’re open to someone joining in if God is stirring their heart to serve. We make room for people to grow, learn, and step into what God may be inviting them to do.

Who This Is For

Anyone who loves God and wants to help others worship Him — whether you’ve been playing for years or are just beginning to grow in your gifts.

If you’re unsure where you fit, that’s okay. We walk with you, listen with you, and help you discern what God may be inviting you into.

Our Heart for Worship

Worship at MountainView is about more than music. It’s about helping our church turn their attention toward God in a way that feels authentic. We sing, we listen, we pray, and we make room for God to speak.

You don’t have to be polished or professional.
Just willing, humble, and open to God.
